All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents. Your privacy is our default, not a feature.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2pm PST ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2pm PST ship the next business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your order ships

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused products in original packaging. Here's how it works:

  • Contact us at e-hl-hk@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • We will send you a prepaid return shipping label
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item

Please Note

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no cost to you.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you refuse an international shipment, you will be responsible for original shipping costs and return shipping fees.
